  • Shipping prices exclude customs duties and taxes. You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes to your local authorities upon arrival of your parcel.

  • The exact amount of customs duties and taxes will vary depending on the value of your order and the customs regulations of your country.

  • Every order is provided with a tracking number once shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order and to estimate the delivery time.

  • Please note that estimated and calculated delivery time frames are based off after dispatch from warehouse, and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship all international orders via Emirates Post and their partners to 192 countries.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the selected courier. You can use this number to track your order online.

OUR REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns of items in new condition with tags and liners intact. Return shipping is at customer expense. Please note sale items are not eligible for return. Sale items also include items purchased with a discount, which are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and ensure that the following criteria is met:

  • Unworn items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.

  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition.

  • Unworn items must be returned in original Ailana Swim bag.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets the conditions above. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method. 

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If your returned item does not meet the requirements for a refund (e.g., signs of use, damage, missing tags), we will notify you via email, and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
